The following high-quality, eco-conscious packaging is used to protect your print(s) during transit. The type of packaging depends on the size and dimensions of your order:

  • Poster Tubes with Ecocaps: Rigid spiral-wound cardboard tubes with compostable, plastic-free ends.

  • Standard Poster Tubes: Durable spiral-wound cardboard tubes for added protection.

  • Triangular Postal Tubes: Crush-resistant triangular cardboard tubes designed to prevent damage.

Each packaging type is chosen carefully to make sure your order arrives in excellent condition while keeping environmental impact minimal.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping times

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but generally take between 2–10 business days after the standard dispatch time of 1–4 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your package.

Returns

Please note that I do not accept returns or cancellations once the print has been received, unless there is a defect with the print. If your order arrives damaged, please send me an email at artbyromana.art@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo of the issue, and I’ll make it right.
