Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

What kind of paper do you use for the prints?

I produce my prints using giclée printing on premium Hahnemühle FineArt paper. This heavyweight, smooth matte paper has a subtle texture and natural white tone, beautifully preserving the fine details and soft tonal range of the original graphite and charcoal drawings.

Can I request a custom drawing?

At the moment, I’m not taking on custom commissions — but this may change in the future. But feel free to leave suggestions in my Instagram and TikTok comment sections!

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact me as soon as possible via this contact form. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do my best to update the address.

What’s your return policy?

Since each print is made to order, I don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days with a photo of the issue, and I’ll make it right.

Do you sell your original drawings?

Not yet — for now, I only sell high-quality art prints. However, if you're seriously interested in purchasing an original, feel free to email me at artbyromana.art@gmail.com with your offer and we can talk about it :)

Are frames included?

No, the prints are sold unframed. This keeps shipping costs low and allows you to frame them in your own style.
